Established in 2016, West Omaha Cryotherapy was brought into existence with the intention of helping our local Omaha community to achieve a higher quality of life, hence our slogan "Live Better". Focusing only on benefits that have been proven through clinical literature, we are able to pinpoint which therapy at what frequency will deliver the results desired by our clients in the most attainable time period with the least possible out of pocket expense!
We began as a provider of exclusively Whole-Body Cryotherapy and over the years grew as a provider of Infrared Sauna, Full Body Light therapy (also known as photobiomodulation, photo-medicine, low level laser therapy (lllt), or red light therapy), NormaTec Leg Compression, and CBD. Our belief is, to achieve wellness it's important to utilize a combination of health promoting practices.
