"After hearing great things from a variety of credible sources (ok, ok, mostly on Real Housewives) on cryotherapy I decided to give it a try! I'm so glad I did. I suffer from an inflammatory condition in my legs that are perpetuated by hot, humid Omaha summers. The staff at West Omaha Cryotherapy is extremely personable, the location is clean and welcoming (in fact, it reminds me of a spa with their robes, slippers and serene vibe).
