Responsibilities:
-Maintain professional and courteous relationship with clients
-Customer service excellence
-Answer phone & return voicemails
-Manage all aspects of scheduling clients
-On-boarding new clients, create client profiles, keep detailed client notes in our CRM
-Complete product and service sales
-Administering all services
-Opening and closing duties
-Maintain current product and service knowledge of all our offerings
-Educate clients on all West Omaha Cryo modalities
-When not with customers, assisting in store operations including cleanliness, laundry, customer outreach, community outreach, store events, social media, etc.
Qualifications:
-Passion for health and wellness.
-At least one year of customer service experience in a retail/service environment.
-Enjoyment of engaging with people
-Availability to work weekends.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Experience operating point of sale and customer resource management systems.
Preferred, but not required:
-Management experience.
-Experience in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training or related field.
